After hearing the news about the tragic passing of Mayor Park Won-soon, I wish to express my sincere condolences to the people of Seoul and the Mayor’s family. Seoul became Taipei’s sister city in 1968. I remain grateful for Mayor Park’s contributions to this special relation.
