Violence against #AfricanAmerican communities is essentially a #TransitionalJustice issue.
Admittedly, #Taiwan still struggles with its past and TJ implementation. But as someone w/extensive exp working on TJ issues I recognize the dire need for domestic redress in 🇺🇸
