I’m sitting in a park in Kaohsiung and an elderly man bikes over with a sign in English that reads “Free masks for foreigners” and then hands me a bag with masks. I told him I have an NHI card so no need to waste it on me but he insisted I have it. Taiwan is truly wonderful ♥️🇹🇼
