Let's see if and how quickly @RedHat can push out @firefox 60.0 ESR to RHEL users. Will be nice to enable and test service workers.

According to the release page they as well as push notifications are disabled by default. If I set 'dom.serviceWorkers.enabled' to true for test purposes it should work I believe.
