Also claiming two and a half years of development and testing. Many elements of the web application are in a status of 'Coming soon'. So... they have been testing and deployed a platform that was not feature complete. ๐Ÿคจ

Please note... I do like the TSB and their service - No thought of swapping to another bank. One monumental cock-up does not make them all bad. ๐Ÿ™‚
Qualify this. TSB account data processed has not changed/increased. Any additional bandwidth requirements would come from additional checking, metrics and other elements etc. of the new platform itself. In this case, they should have been part of the design and taken account of.
