Apparently we have an intermittent issue now. Seems the @tsb spin team works Sundays and it isn't an upgrade gone sideways any more. 🤔🤫🤣

Watching the Bourne Supremacy and keeping up to date on info. Seems service knock on effects for lost/stolen cards and Security numbers also. Seems like a complete business process collapse. The break away from Lloyds IT system is not going to plan.

Internet banking is back up here for me. All seems OK. Not too impressed with regression in statement though for ATM withdrawals; where once the bank and location was shown of the withdrawal, I now see "WITHDRAWAL BY AUTOTELLER (ON" for each individual one of them.

Internet banking is still down. When this is over, customers need to be made whole again, then @PaulPester and whoever is the head of IT, need to pay for this with their jobs. 😞
