A quick debug and modification of 'pnlMegaMenuContainer' 'position' from 'fixed' to 'inherit', fixes the issue on firefox.

Same modification corrects the issue on chromium/chrome.

Just had a chance to test on fathers Dell Precision laptop running Windows 10 - I don't use @Windows generally. Modification also works on edge browser.
