Thanks @TSB for not telling me about changes to online/telephone banking. It was 24 hours on the phone, now not. Not impressed. 😡

Good morning. I'm really sorry to read that. Unfortunately our Telephone Banking team are no longer open 24 hours. They're open everyday from 7am to 11pm. 1/2 Jamie

Our Online Banking team are open Monday - Friday 7am to 10pm, Saturday 8am to 10pm and Sunday 8am to 6pm. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. 2/2 Jamie
