Now 10 days and no contact from @logitech @LogitechUK support. Support costs money and doesn't make profit - Let's not bother with that.

15 days and still waiting. Your customer service stinks. This needs resolving now. My patience is thin.

@WhichUK should do an investigation into tech company poor service standards to customers. And @logitech should be part of it.

Yes and here are screenshots. Weirdly support seems to have been quick to close the entry opened by the Social Media Team. Still no contact.

And please stop using the word "soon". Christmas, The Last Jedi and my death are coming soon. All probably will come before I am dealt with.
