Now 8 days with no direct contact from @logitech support. Got another DM with apology and told they will follow up with their team.

I have now been put to extra expense buying new hardware so I can work and this is now a matter of principle.

Now 10 days and no contact from @logitech @LogitechUK support. Support costs money and doesn't make profit - Let's not bother with that.
