Front garden looking OK. Hard to maintain garden when you suffer from spinal stenosis & better half has a herniated disc. A slow process, take it easy & do a bit on days when pain is less. Very difficult & frustrating. #spinalstenosis #herniateddisc #frustration #mentalhealth
