Busy day ahead. All the usual things plus see if @DirectLine move on our TV claim and talk with @Argos_Online for a replacement 43" QLED Toshiba TV that we purchased and had delivered yesterday evening that has a faulty remote or IR receiver and does not work (DOA). 🫤

No point @DirectLine. We have been informed that the low value claim has been passed to Direct validation Services, for what reason nobody at yours can tell us.
Aftermath of this will be moving of insurance provider both for our main home and other properties I have policies on.
