Is this their software? How long have they been operating? This should have been nailed down years ago, have constant monitoring with test plans in place pre placing any software in production and best of all contingency plans for failures. ๐Ÿ™ƒ

An often seen scenario in some companies is to PR a new system and look great, a year later see that the I.T. department is large and of no direct sales benefit, cuts occur and then wonder why things go belly up and then generically blame "software".
