So @O2, when are @oppo @OPPOMobileUK devices going to see @colorosglobal 12 updates or is this out of your hands?

Hi there, we have had confirmation from the software team for you on this. The A54 5G will be receiving ColorOS 12. We don't have a specific date as to when, however it is currently in the process of being tested for this device. Thank you.

Rubbish. Pull the other one it has bells on - the 12 image should be well out of testing at this point. Obviously UK and @O2 customers are not valued by @oppo @OPPOMobileUK.
