Second day in a row, the app tells me parcel ready for collection. No it is not, thanks @hermesparcels. Got wet on this first trip to make me happier.

@Hermesparcels What makes things even worse is something I ordered on Saturday that also had 2 day delivery but by @RoyalMail from @CCLcomputers arrived this morning bang on time. You have had my parcel since the 7th.
