Thank you for the article. My concerns that need clarity is price capping and also the cost of administration and oversight that will be on both sides. These I hope will be answered in time.

Another question would be franchise duration. Short term may lead to short term thinking and this would be a concern if the overall goal is long term improvement of services and cleaner vehicles etc.
