That doesn't look much thinner than my chinese laptop that has 64GB RAM.

Not much thinner than my year and a half old 18.8mm @PCSpecialist Lafite series (clevo chassis) laptop with 32GB and two disks running @debian 10 on nvme /root and ssd /home.
