Just manually typing in the base HTTPS URL. This is on @firefox 68 ESR (Extended Support Release).

Seems to only be on @firefox 68.x.x on Linux. Windows version can access the site without issue.

Narrowed this further. OK on @fedora rawhide with 68.0.2. OK on @fedora 30 with 68.0.2. Only seems to be an issue on @redhat RHEL 8 with 68.0.1.

This could be an OS issue, not site config issue.
