Updated libfilezilla (0.18.0) & filezilla (3.44.1) to latest versions in my RHEL 8 production repository. There are a few hurdles before this can be added to EPEL, specifically that at least one dependency has the runtime in RHEL 8, but the -devel package is missing from CRB.
