Had three triggers yesterday that stressed and depressed me so much I was very thirsty and was intent on a drink. I was strong and resisted. The triggers on Monday if not resolved will be made public! ๐Ÿ‘

We do however, have to be strong over the weekend knowing that I am untrustworthy because of the sins of others and additionally been isolated, also silenced by shutting off my key window to the world that aids my sobriety. I am left wondering am I being punished.
