Over a week since returned boots for replacement to @MountainWHouse. Returns centre is in my home city and now being asked to send photo of postage receipt. Fuck sake ... Will never buy from this shower again. 😞

@MountainWHouse got back to me after email nudge. No stock of faulty boot, so have chosen a comparable priced pair of another. Let's see how long it takes to get them.
