Customer retention. A company is judged on how they treat customers once they have your money. @MountainWHouse is not doing good to retain me.

I’m not surprised you’re struggling as well with email contact. I’ve a torn jacket (purchased in September) and have been offered an exchange, refund (which has since been withdrawn) and now an in store credit note. It’s painful and frustrating trying to get an answer!
