Data issues remain as of now and have been ongoing for nearly 24 hours. The issue to what I refer is not resolved and you are choosing to not address it. The page you linked to first in last reply has just had two fails and third took 7 minutes to load the page. Not acceptable.

It seems what was the 拢20 always on goody bag is now 拢25 with 20GB base data allowance. It was 拢20 for me at time of goody bag purchase and I expect that 拢20 always on goodybag to be honoured under purchase time contract.

Switched to restricted wifi that stops me from working in many regards.

Let us get this dealt with now.
