The connection is fine and speedy in the early hours and morning. We seem though in business hours in BD3 have a slow down on streaming and image CDN servers etc. Screen shot show a steady throttling at 50 KiB/s. 馃檭

Done all that. Also switched to another phone on another network which showed good speed. All I can say is too much throttling in my area and this needs to be addressed ASAP.
Yes it is the 拢20 and yes I have drifted past 9GiB. Today I will be tracking speed at what the restricted speed should be between certain hours and what is actual.
It is not polite to use capped words with a developer. I have already read this info and if @giffgaff wish to retain customers, such a brutal throttling policy will need to be changed. In this day and age 384kbps is no good to man nor beast.
