The connection is fine and speedy in the early hours and morning. We seem though in business hours in BD3 have a slow down on streaming and image CDN servers etc. Screen shot show a steady throttling at 50 KiB/s. 馃檭

Link does not work and issues currently maybe making that issue worse. Why don't you tell us why there are issues in Bradford BD3?!
