Hoping my CBT does not get cancelled again. The lack of continuity leaves me remembering, thinking, flash backs - depressed and wanting to be alone. I seem to be working round the @NHSEngland and it not working to help me.
In addition to my weekly alcohol support group, when needed I would like to attend AA or other groups to help maintain my sobriety. Sadly, this requires travel that currently being on @DWP Universal Credit just does not allow.
