Spent last few hours adding caching and other performance tuning regimes. Will be doing base and playground testing for the rest of the evening.

First therapy session today. Not too sure what to expect, but this has needed to be done for decades.
Now have to wait some time for the rebuilds and meson 0.50 problems to be flushed through for rawhide and @fedora 30 packages. Will take this time for research and a look at mutter.
Because I am high functioning, people often dismiss what I may need help with. #itisjustphil
Still sober though and very determined. Three months and 17 days.
I have confidence and strength when it comes to alcohol triggers. Pressure and stresses will not have me fall off the wagon. Being busy with Free / Open Source and other voluntary projects helps me.

Should I also mention, no hot water and repairs that take way too long to get done. I have my first PTSD therapy appointment tomorrow and I am anxious, scared and apprehensive enough - Do I need much more?
