Been for a wander this lunchtime. A few days now breaking in the new walking boots. All good thus far and very comfy.
OK... awake, meds taken, a missed call that if I try it goes to voicemail and I do not do voicemail. 😀
Managed to resolve a few things while Internet has been so bad. One major one!
Time for bed. Try and get some 💤.
It is the @fedora 30 beta go-no-go meeting at 1700 UTC tomorrow.
I would be pulling testing updates and doing other @fedora things, but alas I cannot at present.
Yeesh... Took my night medication out two hours ago, made a coffee and did not take them. Taken now! This can happen when I am down and distracted. I sometimes need that support and nudge.
My recovery is about acknowledgement, acceptance, change and mindfulness. In this I will open new doors, strengthen the good I have and close old doors for good. It may hurt, even break my heart to do this, but... sometimes we must.
Two months and 20 days sober.
OK... Curry on jacket spuds has made me seriously sweat. 😰. But damn nice though. Back to watching @TheSmokingTire 😎
Internet in a such a state it is making it impossible to do anything. Will be off the laptop for the rest of the night. A quiet night of with no email or coding.

Add to-do for research on podcast audio equipment that links with PC/Pi etc. for full production. 🎙️
Seems a RHEL 7 bug I posted has slipped through the crack. Now been picked up and hopefully a future 7.8 fix.
Why do certain people on social media, when they have my phone number, not just call and talk to me. ❓😕
