Stage one was wire brushing my late father in-laws #Woden heavy duty 4 inch vice. Next was coating it with #hammerite #kurust to destroy the rust and protect. Lastly will be painting portions black and the recommissioning will be complete. ๐
Not sure why #Vegetarian is here, it is slightly with agenda and purposely misleading in my opinion. Simply stated here, eat plenty of vegetables, fruit and nuts to give your body what it needs to promote collagen production.

Forgot how many nights running it has now been with no more than 2 hours sleep and PTSD nightmares.
