She was killed by Israel along with her husband, Ibrahim, and her daughters, Randa, 4, and Salma, 6 months old. Aya was a mother full of life, who left her mark on others. Her friends adored her. She wished to live longer. She had ambitions and goals. She was killed by Israel on 10/24/2023.

الشهيدة آية عادل أبو شعيرة (29 عامًا) نزحت إلى النصيرات ظناً أنها مكان آمن.. رحلت مع زوجها إبراهيم وبناتها رندة (4 أعوام)، سلمى(6 شهور). أم مفعمة بالحياة، تركت بصمتها لدى الآخرين.. يحبها أصحابها.. تمنت أن تعيش أكثر، عندها طموحات وأهداف.. قتلها الاحتلال. استشهدت في 24/10/203

My 2 year old daughter is called Selma as well. These days, many times I look at her, I think of the Palestinian babies. May Allah bless Palestinians and give them victory. And bless us with their courage, perseverance and faith. And eradicate zionism from the face of this earth
