Today, Nasrallah delivered a daunting yet composed and restrained speech.
Daunting because he exposed the potential reality of a spill over that might plunge the Middle East in a bloody regional conflict. An escalation that could easily get out of hand.
Composed and restrained because he refrained from thrusting Hezbollah into a full fledged war with Zionist Israel, and therefore steering clear of disastrous violence, while carefully and rigorously threatening Zionist Israel and the US of impending consequences.
He encapsulated the global feeling of rage against the witnessing of the mass murder of women and children and against the genocide and ethnic cleansing of Palestinians.
He highlighted the key actors who would play a part in the war against Zionist Israel in case of a regional spill over, paying tribute to allies in Palestine, Yemen, Iraq, Syria and Iran.
He also exposed the disgusting reality of some treasonous Arab nations for letting the Palestine cause to reach such atrocious and heinous conditions, namely Egypt, Jordan and other Gulf states.
Most importantly, and to me this was the most NOTABLE aspect of his speech, he insisted on the fact that this conflict will only end with a Palestinian victory.
This last statement is remarkably astonishing.
Hezbollah epitomizes the true spirit and rage of the resistance against the colonial occupiers of Palestine outside of Gaza and the West Bank, notably in the Islamic Arab world.
Now more than ever, we are witnessing a tipping point in humanity.
A true genocide is happening right in front of our eyes, and only a small group of people are willing to sacrifice their livelihoods to stand against the evil genocidal Zionists.
This conflict is like no other. It is profoundly anchored in religious beliefs, in deep historical realities, and is opposing two totally antagonistic world views.
Israel has implanted itself in a hostile environment in which it is trying to bully and massacre anyone who stand in their way, for the fulfillment of the Zionist project. They make no efforts to hide it. And the whole world sees and know it.
This is about the Holy Land.
I renew my call for a ceasefire, for the cessation of the genocide of innocents, babies, children, women, to stop the senseless killing of Palestinians.
We must avoid catastrophe, avoid a regional conflict and bring the genocidal Zionists to justice.
I call upon any human with dignity, honor, self respect, and truthful to themselves to join me in this call for a
