Since 3 weeks now all palastinians have the choice and the duty if they value their life and the lives of their children to move to certain safe zones in the south. there is food as well as water and medicine. those that are still in gaza city are 99% clearly affiliated with hamas, either through family or because they are supporting hamas or a direct part of hamas or other terrorist organisatiobs like the islamic dshihad. in addition to these facts - the numbers of civilian casualties are issued by hamas and therefor not credible. if you want to stop the suffering of the palastine people - send hamas to hell where they belong
