#Egypt #Israel #مصر #إسرائيل The Egyptian Army’s Spokesperson issued a short statement on the incident of IDF tank shooting on an Egyptian site near Kerem Shalom crossing: “During the ongoing clashes in the Gaza Strip on Sunday, 22/10/2023, one of the Egyptian border control towers was hit by a shrapnel from an Israeli tank by mistake, which resulted in minor injuries to some border control soldiers. The Israeli side expressed its regret for the unintentional incident as soon as it occurred and the circumstances of the incident are being investigated.”
