The deaths of hundreds of Palestinian civilians at the Gaza hospital is a horrific tragedy. That they seem to have been caused by an Islamic Jihad rocket should draw Palestinian outrage toward the terrorist groups that endanger Palestinian civilians as they target Israeli ones.
