Wouldn't you have a 'TEST' checkbox, and 'are to sure you want to terrify everyone?' message box after you hit 'APPLY'?

Pray tell us, if there is a DDL to select test or live system then what else are they meant to put in there? I mean a confirmation dialog might have been handy but the contents of the DDL are fine.
