And the Patch slows AMD CPUS down, too. But AMD CPUS dont need it because they are not affected: lkml.org/lkml/2018/1/3/179 I guess Intel Kernel Developers first want every Website to publish bad Benchmarks for AMD and Intel before they accept the patch.
