Well, it's a hue hub update, and lights don't need to be on or off, it allows the "App" to cancel a pending update. not as dramatic.

FWIW I have the TP-Link wifi bulbs and I've never had *this* problem.

Hue is awesome. Siri and Alexa can turn them on/off/change color and intensity. And blind
