Smells like BS to me. Drone would not be connected to the internet directly when in the air. User must have triggered it.

Not buying this...the firmware has to be downloaded actively by the user to even be available for the drone. Proof? @internetofshit

Umm, the firmware has until now needed to be on the SD card and specifically told to update. How did this happen really?
