I'm barely more than a mere help desk technician but everything i have been taught is that ICS systems are incredibly insecure and nothing is ever done about it, probably for reasons that I don't have the know how to explain

If real (doubt it) Investigate the bottled water companies and political silent partners, stock holders etc...Hackers will only be the ones to rehack and solve the problem for the people..
