It is utterly insane that this half-baked tech is on the roads. The previous system was garbage too. Imagine an OEM trying to do the same, make the public their test drivers? The outcry would be, justifiably, massive. They just seem to get a free pass to kill people.

Totally get where you’re coming from. This needs to be tested as thoroughly as possible though. I don’t want them releasing it if they haven’t. I hope they test it in closed situations and keep their test subjects well alert.
