(I have) Europe has much better driver training then North America, it’s more of a privilege, here people see it as a right.

Yeah. A start is nudging with infrastructure that means bad drivers don't make people die when they choose to ride a bike :(

In Vancouver we’ve got tons of bike lanes and dedicated cycling streets and it’s mostly good.
