Starting Oct. 1, 2020, a new law takes effect in Washington that allows bikers to roll through a sign-controlled intersection if the coast is clear.

You missed c) cyclists stop riding like bell-ends. Yesterday, at different locations, two ran red lights and crossed in front of my moving car, one with a phone clamped to his ear. Two more (@Deliveroo / @JustEatUK ) almost hit me over when riding on the pavement (sidewalk).
