it is absolutely bananas to me that anyone would put a facebook product with a camera in it in their home

FB Portal is a killer product which doesn’t get the attention it deserves. With Zoom integration, it’s going to be *so much* better than having a webcam.

There's a reason I keep my Oculus Quest in a case at all times and the 4 (!!!!) cameras on it has something to do with it.

Yes i am fairly certain 60% of the entire world population would do it in a heartbeat. And that is profitable enough for facebook to put it out there.
