@SamsungSupport @samsung @SamsungMexico @SamsungUS I have the same problem. My Blue-Ray's software isn't working. It stays in an endless loop. Was it a faulty update? #Samsungfail Please offer a solution.

Ugh, why is this link so annoying? You can’t get past the GDPR requirement to granting them full access to track 🤮 To opt out is impossible
