Turned my @OralB toothbrush into a light switch 🤣. ESP32 chip running @esphome_ parsing the manufacture data out of the advertisement data and sending the brush state to @home_assistant #bluetooth #smarthome

I have this toothbrush. You can Bluetooth to your phone for whatever reason I haven’t looked into

I have really sensitive eyes in the morning I would rather it turn on slowly like a dim setting from barely any lights to slowly coming up to 60% brightness Within 5 minutes. Also bathroom light should be warm diffused indirect lighting.

To be useful it needs to turn the lights on five seconds before you push the button, so you're not groping around for a toothbrush in the dark
