Actuators on domestic refrigerators are illegal. Your grandparents may remember latched refrigerators that some children died inside.
It's a bad design if the door doesn't get closed by itself. The centre of mass of the door is kept slightly inwards so if you leave the door open it tends to close by itself. My 20 year old fridge is able to do that.
