I remember feeling the same way. If your institution has the opportunity for independent study for credit, that can be a good way to keep going by digging into something that interests you.

The US Congress is returning to their homes after failing to extend the eviction moratorium. The fact that a nation as wealthy as ours has anybody unhoused, food insecure, or lacking in medical care is proof that our government is failing the people. #EvictCongress
Lot of people asking how to gain forensics skills right off the street now. I got myself into this 🤷🏻♀️🍸. Best way to start to learn forensics is to *do it on your own Windows computer* (preferably physical). Start with basic sysinternals tools. @markrussinovich’s books are great.
I'm still learning to be a better boss and only look "good" when compared to other CEOs because the bar is so depressingly low.
Listen to your employees, trust them, reward them. They are responsible for a company's success - not CEOs.
I see a lot of my InfoSec buddies posting that they want to be or will be a great CISO someday... I wish them best of luck! I have been in this industry for over 20 years and still like to get my hands dirty! Remember it's folks like us that make you look good!
