Same here, speaking still scares me every time. But hearing ppl like you say that makes ppl feel better.

I get nervous every time I speak. The trick is learning to channel that productively.

You can learn techniques to speak more effectively. Knowledge/experience build confidence.

Also found recording trial runs + testing on friends for feedback was helpful

Well, you would've never known it! :)
Truth. Did a small makeshift course with a friend who is big into Toastmasters. Helped a lot and not as terrified as I was lol
