After some suggestion that RoguePOTUSstaff is really a Russian misinformation campaign, I did some brief analysis.

For a dissent account that likely has multiple members tweeting, I'd expect more diversity. Check out diff with @RogueNASA & @ActualEPAFacts

Obviously this isn't conclusive. But it is a lack of diversity in platforms and no Tweetdeck (unexpected).
