It's been a while since I've been a hiring manager, but are resumes somehow a thing of the past?

@hal_pomeranz More a thing of the past is not resumes, but proper sentence construction, punctuation, spelling, and grammar within them.

@hal_pomeranz my experience; not a thing of the past, though most people have some sort of CV online these days.

@hal_pomeranz one of my guys at my old company gave me a man page as a resume "apt-get <name>"
